Pilates

Classical Pilates focuses on strengthening the core, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body awareness through controlled, precise movements. The focus is on controlled breathing, precise movements, and mindful engagement of your muscles.

Core Class

A core muscle class designed for all levels focuses on both strengthening and lengthening the full body.

The class is accessible to everyone, with modifications and progressions offered to suit different fitness levels and abilities.  By the end of the session, you'll feel a greater sense of core stability, improved posture, and enhanced overall strength.
