"I was really excited to come across Mitt HIIT on Facebook in November 2022. I struggled with sticking to a fitness routine and thought that going to a physical class would help keep me motivated. I knew I needed to make a change and as a counselor, I'm constantly encouraging people to take care of themselves before they can take care of others. I probably should have taken my own advice a little sooner.

When Tuesday's class finished I couldn't wait for Thursday and when Thursdays class finished, I wished there was a weekend class so that I didn't have to wait five whole days for the next one!

In a short period of time, I felt myself getting stronger. I just loved the women I had met, the fun I was having, the laughs, the stress relief and the empowerment I felt.

Slowly, I started changing other habits too. In addition to Mitt HIIT I started running and became a little more selective about food choices, looking for healthier foods to fuel my body. The unwanted weight kept melting off and the muscles continued to grow!

I feel more confident, I feel strong. I am a better Mom, wife, friend and counselor. I've made some incredible friends and even after almost two years, I still look forward to every single class"
